DS-ONE Bedding Disposal Station

The ARIA DS-ONE is a state-of-the-art bedding disposal station designed to enhance safety, ergonomics, and efficiency in laboratory environments. Its compact footprint, with a surface width of just one metre, allows for easy integration into a variety of facility layouts while maintaining full functionality.

The DS-ONE offers optimal ergonomics with a large access opening for comfortable and efficient waste disposal. An optional electric lifter allows height adjustment, accommodating both seated and standing operators. The working area has been redesigned for safety, featuring a sliding reduction funnel for easy bag removal and an optimised rear baffle. A uniform inflow speed across the front access ensures consistent operator protection during use.

Constructed with high-tech plastic surfaces and rounded, chamfered edges, the DS-ONE is easy to clean and maintain. The structure is fully built in AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to chemical disinfectants. Energy efficiency is maximized through an LED lighting system and an ECM blower, which generates less heat, doubles component lifetime, and reduces maintenance costs.

The system also features a user-friendly 4.3-inch touch screen with an alphanumeric display and audio-visual alarms, continuously monitoring cabinet conditions to ensure increased safety.
