The Francis Crick Institute is delighted to welcome Claire Hook as Chief Operating Officer, starting in June this year.
A noted operations leader in healthcare, Claire brings a wealth of experience and expertise in senior leadership within the NHS and will be responsible for all Crick operations, administration and facilities.
Claire is currently Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. In this role she has brought about major improvements in urgent and emergency care as well as productivity in elective procedures. She also led the Trust’s operational response during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ahead of her start at the Crick, Claire said: “I’m very excited to be joining “I’m very excited to be joining the Crick and contributing to its ethos of discovery without boundaries.
