SUMMARY:Advanced anaesthesia for surgical or prolonged procedures
DESCRIPTION:This unit provides information on the use of anaesthetics for surgical procedures. It also includes information on the use of anaesthetics to provide humane restraint during other\, non-painful\, procedures\, such as imaging. After completion of this module\, learners should have an understanding of factors influencing the selection and application of anaesthesia for these procedures.\n\nOnline only – 11-13th May 2026.
