Managing performance for First Line Managers

The aim of this unit is to develop the learners confidence, knowledge and skills to improve work-based performance and support the development of their staff.
Online – 23rd Feb all day, 2nd and 9th March all day, 6th July half day AM 2027.
This course has pre-work in the form of a questionnaire which will take approximately 1.5hrs to complete.
